Et oui parfois, le coach\u00e9 doit passer par des r\u00e9actions de doute, de d\u00e9couragement voire de r\u00e9gression pour puiser ce qui est fondamental pour lui et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler sa puissance personnelle.<br \/>\nVoil\u00e0 pourquoi l\u2019engagement du coach\u00e9 \u00e0 aller jusqu\u2019au bout du processus et la coop\u00e9ration \u2013 co-construction d\u2019une relation de confiance &#8211; amen\u00e9e par le coach sont les 2 premi\u00e8res cl\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s d\u2019une d\u00e9marche de coaching r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>De la patience et de l\u2019implication personnelle dans le temps.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Op\u00e9rer un changement implique de l\u2019investissement personnel dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/strong> Le simple fait de participer aux s\u00e9ances ne suffit pas. Le coaching suppose du travail personnel pour d\u00e9coder les situations embl\u00e9matiques v\u00e9cues et mettre en application les points techniques ou relationnels travaill\u00e9s pendant les s\u00e9ances.<br \/>\nSelon les enjeux, les probl\u00e9matiques, les personnes et les attentes de l\u2019entreprise, un coaching varie de 6 \u00e0 20 s\u00e9ances et doit se d\u00e9rouler au minimum sur 9 mois (symbolique d\u2019une gestation).<br \/>\nChaque s\u00e9ance dure entre 2 \u00e0 3 heures, et peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des entretiens t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques entre deux. Les s\u00e9ances sont organis\u00e9es selon un rituel mensuel pour structurer la relation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cadre, \u00e9thique du m\u00e9tier et supervision<\/strong><br \/>\nLe coach ne doit jamais sortir du statut qui est le sien. Le d\u00e9sir d\u2019omnipotence, les attitudes protectrices ou infantilisantes doivent \u00eatre bannies. Le coach doit \u00eatre clair avec lui-m\u00eame, son m\u00e9tier et sa d\u00e9ontologie. C\u2019est pour cela que la supervision du coach est plus que fortement conseill\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter ces d\u00e9rives. <strong>La supervision consiste, pour le coach, \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier p\u00e9riodiquement d\u2019un regard diff\u00e9rent \u00e9manant d\u2019un superviseur-coach habilit\u00e9 et reconnu. <\/strong>Pour ma part, je suis supervis\u00e9e par des superviseurs-coach <strong>certifi\u00e9s de Moza\u00efc <\/strong><strong>International.<\/strong> Cette supervision garantit la pertinence de mon accompagnement. J\u2019\u00e9change sur les d\u00e9marches, les processus en cours, les m\u00e9thodes utilis\u00e9es, je confronte mes intuitions, valide mes orientations\u2026 Cette supervision garantit un travail s\u00e9rieux, cadr\u00e9 et \u00e9thique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Confidentialit\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Le sceau de la confidentialit\u00e9 garantit une relation d\u2019alliance<\/strong> et de confiance indispensable pour r\u00e9aliser un travail de qualit\u00e9.<br \/>\nEn aucun cas le coach n\u2019est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 communiquer le contenu des s\u00e9ances de coaching \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise.
